Barmouth House Ltd, is an independent New Zealand-owned publishing company based in Parnell, Auckland.

Nigel Powell founded Barmouth House Ltd in 2002. He has been involved in various aspects of the property industry for many years. Thirty years ago, he purchased his first home and thought it strange that the house came with a key and no documentation. Many years later this inspired Nigel to produce a book for the homeowner titled - Home Keeper: Log Book For New Zealand Homeowners.

Our aim is to produce quality New Zealand made books for homeowners.
